Return policy
At Maison Ophelia, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully curated pieces with care and intention. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery for store credit only (Maison Ophelia digital gift card).
To be eligible for return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

Tags must remain attached

Items must be free of odors, pet or human hair, makeup marks, or signs of wear

All returns must be approved prior to shipment
Unauthorized returns may be declined and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, returns are limited to 7 items per customer per month.
Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and processing. Store credit will be issued via email once approved.
Store credit expires 30 days from the issue date.
Return Shipping
If you choose to use our prepaid return label, an $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of label issuance. A 10% restocking fee will apply to late returns.
Items must be shipped in appropriate packaging that meets USPS size and weight guidelines. Any additional carrier surcharges due to improper packaging will be deducted from store credit.
If you prefer to use your own shipping label, no return fee will be deducted. Tracking information must be emailed to Info@shopmaisonophelia.com.

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and small-batch releases, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Preorders
Preorder items include an estimated ship date listed on the product page. Please note that vendor-related delays may occur.
Preorders cannot be canceled once placed. If a preorder is canceled by Maison Ophelia, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Info@shopmaisonophelia.com and include clear photos of the issue.
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Damage caused by improper care, sizing, or general wear does not qualify as a defect.
