Preorders cannot be canceled once placed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.
Maison Ophelia is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.

6. Returns & Store Credit

All returns are subject to our Return & Store Credit Policy.
Store credit is issued instead of refunds, has no cash value, and expires 30 days from issuance.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maison Ophelia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
