Shipping Policy

At Maison Ophelia, each order is thoughtfully prepared with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing time.

Domestic Shipping

Complimentary USPS Ground shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $150.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on location.

If multiple orders are placed, they may be combined and shipped together when possible.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been transferred to USPS or UPS, delivery is managed by the carrier. While Maison Ophelia is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered, we are happy to assist you with filing a claim if needed.

All packages are insured up to $100. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Maison Ophelia is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.
